How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@munsieur.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Sizing

How do Munsieur pieces fit?
Our garments are designed with an oversized, structured silhouette. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a more tailored fit. Size guides are available on each product page.

What fabrics do you use?
We use premium heavyweight fabrics — including 400–500 GSM fleece, structured cotton, and technical blends — selected for durability and drape.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed.

Are your pieces limited edition?
Many of our drops are small-batch and not restocked. Sign up for our email list to be notified of new releases.

How do I care for my Munsieur garment?
Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat away from embroidered areas.
